Nutrition is key and the foundation to our health. There is far too much information out there in regards to nutrition and we like to keep it as easy as possible.
As a general guide, we recommend that you “eat meats and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and very little sugar”
Basically eat as much wholesome foods as possible and eat crap foods as little as possible.
If you stick to this 85% of the time and make it a life style rather than a diet, it will work!
We also recommend using the intermittent fasting technique as evidence shows there are many health benefits.
